My (Mrs. Martin's) little Picassos! I have always loved the quote...Every Child is an artist. I did a lesson over Picasso, first discussing that everyone has their own unique style, just like Picasso. We looked at a few paintings that Picasso was famous for. Starry Night was the class favorite. I showed them the quote I had put up that was by Picasso. We discussed what Picasso had meant by those words. It was another magical moment spent watching their eyes light up as they told me with pure confidence what it meant. I think my little Picassos did an amazing job! ❤️
